About "The Blue Pencil"

The editor's column, entitled "The Blue Pencil," is a behind-the-scenes look at the production of Vatican Notes. It also generally contains readers' letters, notices of Vatican or Pontifical State philately appearing in other journals, and current news about the Vatican postal service.
