About Vatican Notes

Vatican Notes is the world's premier source of research on the philately of the Holy See. It covers all aspects of Vatican City and the Pontifical (Roman) State stamps and postal history while keeping members informed about Society business. Vatican Notes has been published continuously since the Society was founded in 1953.

Vatican Notes is mailed free to all members of the Vatican Philatelic Society on a quarterly basis. Issues consist of 28 or 32 8½" × 11" full color pages. View a low-resolution sample issue here [PDF, 3.01mb].
